We usually put our best foot forward when it comes to our visual presence as presented to the public. How about our internal promotions? When we are trying to reach those who are already in the pew. They are those who also need to be inspired, motivated and moved.
While I was on staff at Agincourt Pentecostal Church, our creative department was putting on a semi-annual training evening for all the volunteers presently involved. We wanted to see as many volunteers attend as possible, but how do we do that? When you put your best effort internally as you would for anything published externally, you give people the impression that this event is important and is going to be well put together. And who wouldn’t want to be a part of that?
